We offer design and customer owned utility locating, air vacuum excavation (utility potholing), Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) services as well as locating and video inspection of storm and sewer systems. . APS has been building and refining long term partnerships and relationships with civil / consulting engineers, design firms, surveyors, municipal, state and federal agencies, contractors and geotech / environmental firms. APS places great value on delivering superior customer service to our client base, currently numbering over 1000. Our objective is to build partnerships with our clients, not merely be a vendor of services.

As of March 31, 2023, APS has joined T2 Utility Engineers (T2 UES, Inc.) as a wholly owned subsidiary. Through our ownership by T2 Utility Engineers, we are now also part of the Kiwa Group of companies.
